All Polygraph Pro and PrefTest Pro Silver and Gold solutions include a Three Year Total Care Package which includes three years of immediate instrument replacement coverage and unlimited software upgrades. Following expiry of this warranty our clients have the option to purchase one of our Total Care Packages which will continue to offer immediate instrument replacement in the event of an issue and exclusive first access to the latest software upgrades for all the latest features.
